We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Project Manager to join our team. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will lead and oversee engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Duties and Tasks

• Plan, authorize, and monitor all engineering work, providing strong leadership to ensure smooth project execution
• Staff the project team with appropriate personnel and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Manage performance, cost, scope, and schedule for all engineering efforts, including subcontracted work
• Ensure total system requirements are validated, integrated, tested, and verified
• Develop and maintain engineering plans, manage risks, and handle project changes effectively

• Strong knowledge and experience in weapons systems, RF, and GPS technology
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in project management and engineering processes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and various project life cycles including Agile

Target salary range: USD $141,326.00/Yr. - USD $148,000.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
