Description: Senior Manager of Analytical AI - Engineering team provides technical expertise to develop, deploy, and maintain data science and machine learning related pipelines, solutions, and products.
Key Responsibilities and Major Duties:
Qualifications/Degree/Certification/Licensure:
BA/BS required (quantitative area of study preferred). MBA/MS or other graduate degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience and relevant advanced degrees contribute to required years of experience. Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Tableau, and MS Office Suite. Hands on experience with designing and deploying machine learning models using Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. is preferred. Experience with Git. Experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, etc.). Experience with MLOps. Proven experience in leading large, complex projects with multi-function team members. Excellent communications and presentation skills. Proven ability to explain complex analyses and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation Overview: Princeton - NJ - US: $152,150 - $184,370. The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
