Maintain and support SAP environments, ensuring seamless production and project implementation. Develop and enforce architectural standards across the SAP landscape, facilitating full-cycle implementation. Recommend new technologies based on business needs. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhering to the Applications Development Process. Provide leadership by motivating teams, driving accountability, and mentoring junior personnel on complex projects. Work with development team leaders to ensure high-quality, sustainable, and performance tuned solutions. Help maintain architecture, security, and data standards. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Technology, Engineering (any), Business, Information Systems, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor's, progressive, related work experience in Information Technology. Must have four (4) years of experience with/in: Supporting SAP on-premise ECC 6.0; SAP BASIS administration and SAP Cloud applications; Performing database management, including backups and disaster recovery; Completing at least two (2) full SAP migrations or implementation cycle; Working with service-based API's such as SOAP; Tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging SAP systems, including installing Support Packs; Configuring SAP architecture, including Solution Manager, Business Warehouse (BW), Cloud ALM or identity management; and Installing, maintaining, and configurating of TMS (Transport Management System), especially SAP ChaRM application. Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between: $150,084.00 - $160,084.00/yr.
