Job Description: As a Retail Insurance Sales Associate with Allstate, you'll be the face of our brand both in the retail location and in your community — welcoming customers, building relationships, and helping families protect what matters most. This is a brand-new opportunity within Allstate's sales approach, giving you the chance to help pave the way forward. You'll work in a local market with significant untapped potential, creating connections, growing your customer base, and making a direct impact on our success. You will utilize your Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Lines license or obtain your license with Allstate's licensing assistance and reimbursement of licensing exam and fees upon approval.
What You'll Do:
Compensation: Base Pay: $21.15/hr Target Total Compensation: $54,840 – $82,260 per year (Base Pay + Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives). Incentives are based on productivity and are not guaranteed. Payments are governed by the terms of the applicable sales bonus plan, which is subject to change at Allstate's discretion.
