Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or Engineering.
Coding Proficiency: A minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or other similar relevant languages.
Proven Architectural Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of architecture best practices, ideally coupled with practical experience in system design and the development of scalable solutions.
Application Testing Knowledge: Familiarity with application testing methodologies, including but not limited to unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end (E2E) testing, ensuring comprehensive quality assurance.
Database & Data Modeling: Practical experience with relational database technologies and a solid understanding of data modeling principles, crucial for designing efficient and scalable data solutions.
Agile & Lean Methodologies: Understanding, and ideally proven use of, Agile practices to effectively manage workflows, ensure iterative progress and foster continuous improvement in project delivery cycles.
Continuous Integration (CI) Platforms: Familiarity with modern Continuous Integration (CI) platforms such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, TravisCI, or similar tools, indicating an understanding of automated build and deployment processes.
Preferred Experience
Salary Range $83,200.00 - $133,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
