Description: You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager for the manufacturing engineering team. Our team is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of factory production equipment and manufacturing processes.

What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, supervising manufacturing engineers, and ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Oversight of the design, development, and implementation of factory production equipment and manufacturing processes
• Supervision of manufacturing engineers, including employee recruitment, selection, and training
• Performance assessment and assignment of engineering tasks
• Ensuring compliance with company command media, engineering requirements, and government regulations
