Manufacturing Engineering Assistant - Beaver, PA

As a Manufacturing Engineering Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that customer orders are flawlessly interpreted and executed while supporting our engineering team in driving projects forward.

Order Interpreter Extraordinaire: Accurately interpret and process "build to order" customer orders. Communicate with customers to clarify order details and resolve any discrepancies. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, supply chain, finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain meticulous records of customer orders and interactions. Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers. Identify and escalate any issues or delays in the order process. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance order accuracy and efficiency. Assist Manufacturing Engineers with factory training initiatives. Coordinate routing, Bill of Materials (BOM) changes, and Manufacturing Change Order (MCO) activities.

High school diploma/GED No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the specified job location(s) will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation. Associate's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited institution Previous experience in order processing and/or customer service in professional environment Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Experience using AS400, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, along with AutoCAD Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
