Electrical Engineer
As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for assigned project designs, coordination, client communications, and associated construction administration. This opening is within our Religious & Cultural group, focusing on temples for The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints. Haskell's Design & Consulting Team unites architecture, engineering, and consulting professionals from across industries and geographies. As a team member at Haskell, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that will challenge your creativity, innovation, and expand your skill set.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working on projects and teams while maintaining design consistency throughout
- Designing interior lighting, exterior lighting, power distribution, grounding, lightning protection, telecommunications, and security
- Documenting calculations reflecting design compliance with code and client-specific design requirements
- Performing quality control reviews of documents including plans, specifications, and design calculations
- Working with Project Managers to ensure that the project schedule is met and that complete documents are provided for each submission
- Reviewing contractor RFIs, shop drawings, and product submittals
- Providing training and mentorship to early-career team members
