Provides coordination and maintenance support in the area of bank security and physical security equipment. Ensures successful implementation of security deliverables in accordance with company standards and industry best practices. Interface with vendors to ensure electronic security program is well maintained and fully functional.
Provide technical support and diagnostics of complex alarm, digital video and card access systems. Program, maintain and update information for all Corporate Security electronic security systems. Initiate service calls for video, alarm, and card access system repairs. Remotely program system maintenance and repairs for vendors while service is being conducted. Identify potential issues or concerns regarding electronic security systems and escalate risk issues associated with items that cannot be remedied independently. Maintain positive working relationships between peers and managers as well as clients, integrators, vendors, tenants, and other partners.
