Customer Service Agent - Temp - Tech/Education - Remote $18/Hr

Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. The following position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. This is remote, however, due to specific position requirements, the employer cannot hire from the following locations for this opportunity: California, Iowa, Illinois, Massachusetts, Montana, New York, Washington, D.C., Seattle, Washington, Rhode Island, OCONUS.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and technology, and will play a critical role in ensuring our users have a smooth and enjoyable experience with our product. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer support emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage in live chat conversations with users using Intercom, providing real-time assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Follow up with customers in select cases to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Brisk's products and services to effectively assist users.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to report bugs and suggest enhancements based on customer feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Brisk's products to provide accurate information to customers.

Training Schedule: 1 week of paid training; Monday 12pm-8:30pm EST and Tuesday - Friday 7:30am-4pm EST

Post Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am EST - 4:00pm EST

Pay Rate: $18/hour

This is a temporary position with a potential end date of October, with the potential to become permanent based on volume and performance. Equipment is provided.
