Due to specific position requirements, we cannot hire from the following locations for this opportunity: OCONUS, California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Seattle, WA, and Washington DC. Remote Team Members (RTMs) will process routine and complex inquiries to provide high-quality service to internal and external customers. Customer Care Advocates will provide quality service and support while fielding insurance-related questions via inbound phone calls. This opportunity is 100% remote and equipment is provided. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

5 weeks Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Training is 100% mandatory and no time off will be approved. Post-Training: Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm EST Pay: $18/hour Benefits: Equipment Provided
