Coordinator, Tech Ops Administrative

Position Summary:

The Coordinator, Tech Ops Administrative reports to the Manager Administrative and is responsible for carrying out assigned duties using JetBlue guidelines and processes. The Coordinator, Tech Ops Administrative provides administrative support to all Tech Ops hourly crewmembers, which includes Maintenance, Quality Control and Material crewmembers or Maintenance Operations Center (MOC), as well as support for the maintenance, materials and MOC leadership. The Coordinator, Tech Ops Administrative is highly organized, attentive to detail and can work under minimal supervision in a highly pressured environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Processes and submits payroll for all hourly crewmembers on a weekly basis
  • Updates work schedules to ensure minimum manpower requirements are met; if not, posts and awards overtime slots
  • Creates and maintains departments filing system
  • Monitors office supply inventory and orders as necessary; ensures received supplies are correct and expensed appropriately
  • Assists Tech Ops leadership in tracking crewmembers' time and attendance records
  • Addresses crewmembers' requests and needs in a professional manner providing follow up
  • Handles all aspects of meeting and event coordination
  • Responsible for completing the return to work check list for all crewmembers coming back to work after a 30 day or more leave
  • Schedules, tracks and reminds crewmembers of any outstanding training
  • Assists with company and station ID renewals
  • Provides administrative support to leadership
  • Other duties as assigned
