Automotive Customer Service Representative - Remote

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative include:

• Finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
• Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
• Tracking all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Providing feedback on call issues.
• Upselling if required.

Work from Home Requirements:

• Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 25.0 Mbps. Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 10.0 Mbps. ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN. Proof of internet speed required.
• Clean and quiet workspace.
