We are seeking an experienced marketer to lead development of the strategy and tactics for oncology patient marketing for the GI/GU portfolio. This includes leading the patient-focused work in key strategic areas such as market research/patient insight development, messaging, promotional asset development, and media management.
Primary Responsibilities:
Qualifications: BA degree or equivalent is required; MBA is preferred. 7+ years of relevant marketing brand management experience including experience in consumer marketing and in launching new brands/indication in the pharmaceutical space. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in managing external resources, including Advertising & media agencies. Experience in conducting primary and secondary market research with demonstrated ability to derive key market insights. Experience in leading multi-functional teams to accomplish specific objectives and goals.
Compensation Overview: Princeton - NJ - US: $164,990 - $199,933. The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
