Job Summary
Lead, manage, and oversee all operational, financial and personnel activities of the equipment operations for the University of Pittsburgh Athletic Department. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Equipment Services unit, including delegation of duties and support provided by all equipment staff members. This position will have oversight of the ordering, distribution, and retrieval model for Nike apparel and accessories of all Pitt student-athletes, coaches, athletics staff and auxiliary groups.
Essential Functions
The Assistant Athletic Director, Equipment Services, will be directly responsible for the daily management and supervision of the equipment operations for the University's Men's and Women's Basketball teams. The employee will work daily with basketball staff and student managers to develop strategies to meet the athletic apparel and equipment needs of the Men's and Women's Basketball teams, coaches and staff.

The job consists of constant lifting, often of items 100 lbs. or more, walking and standing for long periods of time.
