Bobby Ameen & Alexander "Sasha" Terzich built "24 Hour" from the ground up, out of a garage in Laguna Niguel, California. Along the way, the two attracted an amazing team and which now runs Reconstruction & Restoration projects from our Irvine HQ.

Since 2006 24HRC has been among the top service providers in the Multi-Family segment within Southern California. Our company was founded on the premise of partnership and quality workmanship. 24HRC has grown by word of mouth from our initial clients faith and trust in our execution of great work. After starting as a mid and high rise remodel contractor, we found our niche in the HOA reconstruction and restoration market. Since our beginning, 24HRC has actively participated in Board of Director and HOA Property Manager continuing education trainings.

Our Mission is to build our employees and communities by delivering exceptional craftsmanship, partnership and value for our clients. 24HRC is presented with project challenges and client opportunities every day, that could not have been imagined in our young history. When we originally set out to deliver quality construction with transparency for all stakeholders, we never anticipated such growth. Our construction methods, technology, and training continue to evolve to meet our clients needs.
