Workstation Support Engineer
We're looking for a Workstation Support Engineer to help maintain and improve our Windows and macOS systems across the organization. This role combines hands-on technical work with opportunities to support projects, improve system performance, and assist team members.
Responsibilities: Install, configure, and support Windows and macOS workstations. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Help plan and implement workstation upgrades and new technology solutions. Manage and monitor devices through SCCM and Intune. Support Apple device setup and management using Jamf, Mosyle, or Apple Business Manager. Use Active Directory and Group Policy to manage users and system settings. Automate routine tasks with PowerShell (a plus). Create documentation and share knowledge with the IT team.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in IT support or workstation administration. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments. Experience with SCCM, Intune, and Apple device management tools. Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy. PowerShell scripting skills or willingness to learn. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking abilities.
