Job Summary: Complete intake to establish clients for nutrition programs (HDM & Congregate), perform billing request for reimbursement funds from various sources (Title III, My Care Ohio). See Duties and Responsibilities below for additional information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage clients for HDM and congregate lunch program
- Work with HDM drivers to update route sheets
- Data entry to maintain accurate records of each meal delivered
- Bill for each meal based on the requirement of each funding source
- Generate reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Perform the assessment and intake of all new clients
- Manage PASSPORT, MyCareOhio, and other Medicaid programs
