We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager to drive strategic operations for the GET (Growth Experience Technology) organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will partner closely with engineering, product, design, and cross-company leadership to ensure GET teams operate effectively at scale. You will lead programs that enhance how the organization builds skills, shares knowledge, aligns on priorities, and documents decisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who excels in complex environments, brings clarity to ambiguity, and is passionate about enabling technical teams to do their best work. This role operates with significant autonomy, leads complex multi-team initiatives, and influences senior leaders across GET and partner organizations. 7+ years experience in business operations, technical operations, program management, and/or strategy roles supporting large software or technology organizations.
Ability to operate at senior manager scope: leading multi-team programs, influencing senior leaders, and driving change in complex environments.
Experience establishing operational frameworks in engineering or product environments.
Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset; skilled at identifying patterns and designing scalable operational solutions.
Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, including with senior leadership.
Ability to lead through influence and navigate ambiguity across global, matrixed teams.
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $139,800 and $226,050. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $131,300 and $192,500. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
