Technical Leader For Ai Infrastructure Organization

The AI Infrastructure Organization at Meta is seeking a technical leader to join our team and work on the next generation of AI Experiences for Post Training/Agents Enablement. As a technical leader in the team, you will play a critical role in building the core AI tech powering the experiences for agentic flows. We have the opportunity to build the next platform/components powered by the latest and greatest AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Support and grow a team of Machine Learning and Software Engineers
• Develop technical vision, long-term strategy and set direction for the team and the organization
• Drive execution of developing components and systems that are crucial to the end user experience
• Present the team's work and plans
• Communicate, collaborate, and build relationships with cross-functional partners and peer teams to facilitate large-scale projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience and track of record in building products in a time-sensitive environment
• 3+ years of hands on experience in ML/AI space and shipping AI solutions to end users
• 2+ years of hands on supporting and leading teams
• Experience in developing large-scale AI services
• Experience with cross functional collaboration with product and platform teams, as well as non-engineering functions
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, leading technical organizations, including performance management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with model training/inference
• Experience with large scale training
• Experience with Post Training/Fine-tuning
• Experience with AI agent development

Public Compensation: $177,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
