Job Opportunity

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000, based on experience

Duties of the position include but are not limited to:

Primarily completing drywall repairs (i.e., nail pops, corner beads, seams, etc.) and paint touch-ups in customers homes
Performing other service-related tasks such as caulking, door and trim adjustments, etc.
Assisting our production team with final punch-out of homes under construction when caught up with service repairs

Associate must meet the following qualifications:

Have a strong work ethic, be organized, and pay attention to detail
Be patient and courteous with contractors, other associates, and most importantly, customers
Have a dependable vehicle to travel to houses and a valid drivers license (mileage is reimbursed)
Be physically able to accomplish all position duties
Have at least one year of customer service experience and interaction
Have at least three years of construction experience related to position duties

This position is full-time, year-round, consisting of 40 hours per week from Monday through Friday and offers medical and dental insurance, 401(k), and paid time off
