The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the recruiting process. This includes coordinating and scheduling candidate travel and interviews, developing and maintaining relationships with outside staffing agencies to build temporary applicant pool for roles enterprise-wide, coordinating temporary staff sourcing, offers and on-boarding, managing new team member on-boarding process including orientation schedules and reporting, and process new hire set up paperwork. Additionally, the Recruiting Coordinator works with HR partners, payroll and departments across the organization to ensure new hires are properly set up and on-boarded. The role also involves managing the Employee Referral Program, generating and maintaining regular reporting, overseeing department budget and invoicing, and other duties as assigned.
