Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud. This role involves managing metadata, importing/exporting data, and ensuring data quality across Salesforce. The ideal candidate has experience with SOQL, Excel (VLOOKUP), and developing user stories from business requirements. Exposure to tools like Figma for requirement illustration is a plus.
Hands-on experience updating metadata and managing data import/export in Salesforce
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and SOQL
Proficiency with Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP)
Experience in data quality management within Salesforce
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and develop user stories (Preferred)
Familiarity with Figma or similar tools for requirement illustration
