The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for a part-time Sales Lead to help customers be their best-selves. You'll help us build loyalty and long-lasting relationships with our customers while creating an easy, personalized shopping experience. Responsibilities include acting as a direct support for your management team, achieving daily sales and productivity goals, building loyalty through personalized customer connections, efficiently processing customer transactions, mastering product knowledge, collaborating with a team of health enthusiasts, and maintaining regular store maintenance.

Who You Are… Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and health enthusiasts, a passion for the health & wellness industry, a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction, and the ability to work a flexible schedule depending on business needs.

Qualifications: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction, ability to work a flexible schedule, and demonstrate basic technology skills or a willingness to learn and adapt as a key function of the role.
