The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for providing customer service, sales assistance, and general operations of the retail store. This position is eligible for commissions on all retail sales in the Seattle store. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide quality customer service, including assistance with purchases, suggestive selling, and product information.
Assist customers by maintaining knowledge of store products and pricing.
Operate the sales machine and the cash register accurately, and return appropriate change as needed.
Maintain a neat and orderly store to include dusting and vacuuming.
Prepare and maintain product displays on the retail sales floor as requested.
Report any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees to management immediately.
Provide support in other areas of business operations as requested.
Qualifications:
Good oral communication skills, as well as written and reading.
Customer service oriented and excels in customer relations.
Demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail.
Time management skills.
Available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
The job requires standing and walking for extended periods.
The ability to perform simple tasks, rational thinking, and numerical calculations is required.
This job requires rearranging the furniture on the sales floor.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Languages: English and Spanish languages preferable, verbal and written.
Experience: Experience preferred, not mandatory, training available.
