You will be responsible for responding to inquiries and requests from members and individuals, providing information about our products and services. Demonstrate knowledge, active listening, and adaptability to ensure an optimal member experience. You will perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. Additionally, advise members on products and services that may meet their needs, fostering positive interactions.

These are remote opportunities requiring candidates to live within 60 miles of Suite 250, Virginia Beach, VA. The Contact Center operates 24/7/365, allowing you to choose a shift that aligns with your lifestyle while ensuring work-life balance. Scheduled breaks and meals are structured, with flexible shift start and end times within a one-hour window. Be prepared for back-to-back phone calls, with shifts potentially extending to four hours before a break.

Pay and Benefits:
