Regional Manager - Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers

Senior Level Regional Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for simultaneously managing multiple project pursuits and operational execution while serving as the regional manager. He or she will be expected to have a firm understanding of the regional team's core technical capabilities and the needs of the regions' major clients. The successful candidate should have existing, strong relationships with multiple targeted clients in his or her region and should have established contact with other potential, secondary clients that could be leveraged in the future. The role requires the successful candidate to engage both new and existing clients to solidify strong relationships and best position his or her team to build a stable and growing backlog. The successful candidate should have experience in project sorting to determine if a project should be bid or not based on an effective evaluation of the impactful variables. The role requires an understanding of account financials including reporting these results through the regional office to senior management. He or she will help build and execute short-term and long-term regional market strategies to set the best course supporting the overall Transportation Infrastructure market.

This position is based out of the Pittsburg, PA location to support the larger geographic area. The ability to travel at least 50% to client and project locations is expected.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Science in engineering, construction or business administration
• 20+ years of heavy/highway construction experience with at least 15 yrs leading projects from inception to completion with major transportation clients and Department of Transportation
• PE is required
• Prior experience serving as Project Manager, Design Manager, Director of Estimating, or Project Director of construction teams, where responsibilities include construction, engineering, estimating, contracts management, and client relation

Base Compensation: $230,000/yr - $290,000/yr (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
