What You Will Do:

• Manage multiple engine programs within Assembly and Test Engineering Organization.
• Ensure assembly operations readiness and flawless execution of test vehicle Plan, builds, teardowns, and inspections.
• Interface with CIPTs and Systems engineers to ensure assembly requirements are being met on time and within budget.
• Lead assembly process improvement teams.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• BS degree in Engineering with 5+ years of technical experience, or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
• US Citizenship as only U.S citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience in leading validation engine projects and in providing guidance to others.
• Proven ability in leading major validation projects, in leading process improvement projects, and in providing guidance to others.
• Proficient in the use of continuing improvement tools (ACE/CORE) to drive process improvements leading to increased customer satisfaction.
• ACE Associate certification is preferred as well as working towards ACE/CORE Practitioner certification.
• Experience in Team center and SAP.

This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
