Project Support Customer Service Representative
The Project Support Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer calls, projecting a friendly and professional company image, entering orders, quotes, returns, fielding support rep calls, and answering customer inquiries (i.e. product, delivery, and warranties).
Responsibilities:
- Act as single point of contact for various requests from outside sales including customer quotes, order placement, product sourcing, shipment tracking, and other requests.
- Ability to handle high volume data entry of customer orders.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify, research and resolve customer inquiries.
- Follow-up on customer inquiries for resolution.
- Create and maintain matrix quotes in SX, Excel, and PDF format.
- Work with customers, sales, and vendors to identify products needed for renovations.
- Enter custom customer orders such as Fabrication, Cabinets, Counter Tops, and Door Fronts.
- Assist with and provide details for Warranties.
- Resolve product or service questions while determining the best solution to solve the problem within standard company timelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, service support, or similar work environment.
- High School or GED required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to stay calm with all customers seeking resolution to a problem by providing support and superior customer service until resolution is met.
- Must be able to work a late shift ending at 7pm ET if called upon as well as OT as needed.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Excel is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
- Successful passing of pre-employment drug screen and background screen is required.
Pay Range: $16.42 - $27.42 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
