Packaging Engineering Intern – Fall 2026

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new packaging solutions
  • Test new packaging components to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards
  • Assist engineers with daily tasks related to packaging development and validation
  • Write and maintain packaging specifications and documentation
  • Support packaging-related project activities and timelines
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in packaging processes and systems

  • Foundational knowledge of packaging materials, formats, and processes

Following your internship, you may be invited to join Henkel as a returning intern or full-time employee. This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support. The anticipated start date for this internship is June 15, 2026, and the anticipated end date is December 18, 2026. Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled. The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
