The Route to Market (RTM) National Sr Manager is responsible for designing and execution Hershey Mexico’s Route to Market strategy to ensure optimal product distribution, visibility, and execution across all trade channels. This role will lead the development of the fragmented and indirect channels, driving partnerships and test models that expand Hershesy’s reach into new points of sale and underserved geographies. The position will also be accountable for execution excellence in Modern Trade and Wholesale channels, elevating Perfect Store performance and optimizing cost-to-serve and commercial efficiency nationwide.
