This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. As a National Field Support Representative, you'll support Spectrum Field Technicians, helping them troubleshoot service problems at customer locations. You'll use your technical and interpersonal skills, along with a range of computer programs and tools to help resolve internet, video, and telephone issues for customers. You'll be at the hub of our dynamic workload management infrastructure acting as traffic controllers for our Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service. You'll also use your interpersonal and customer service skills to interface directly with customers to resolve their issues.
