The primary responsibilities of this role, NA CFO Management Support are to:

• Principal support of the CFO North America and its leadership team;
• Provide decision-relevant information for top management;
• Lead/support projects, initiatives and special topics;
• Manage CFO Department communications and Change Management;
• Lead development of presentations and organize Bi-Annual Board meetings;
• Development opportunity for high-potential international candidate;
• Partner with CFO and CFO LT to support daily business and license to operate;
• Provide business recommendations to CFO LT to meet goals;
• Lead/support and independently drive CFO projects (e.g., GBS Nearshoring, M&A, reorganizations, DSO adoption, developing and upskilling initiatives);
• Manage department-wide communications (including Townhalls);
• Lead development of Bi-Annual Board presentations, coordinate with CLT, CFO LT, external audit, and board members;
• Collaborate with HR BP for department HR initiatives (e.g., CFO Spotlight awards, Talent flow, Skill and Capability Development).

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

• Required Qualifications:
• BA/BS in relevant field;
• Strong project management and proactive problem-solving skills with effective communication with senior management;
• Ability to lead independently;
• Ability to build relationships across the organization at all levels;
• Exceptional presentation, business insight, strategic abilities;
• Digital skills such as Prompt Engineering in GenAI, RPAs and BI are beneficial;
• Cross-organizational/divisional experience beneficial.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• BA/BS + 6 years experience or MBA/MS + 4 years;
• Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.).

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $104,472 to $156,708. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
