Marketing Project Manager/Coordinator

The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver and project manager with an eye for great creative work, talent, and the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. Additionally, the Marketing Project Manager/Coordinator must be a strong, clear communicator, a team player, and have a proven ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver world-class creative work. This role involves building marketing campaigns, managing the production of launch assets, and leading external activations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Work with and set project schedules and manage calendars for highly specialized creative workers, including both internal creative teams and external agency partners and talent.
• Oversee project schedules, media and distribution plans, pitches, treatments, and budgets.
• Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates, and related parameters with external partners.
• Manage external vendor relationships (talent, agencies, production companies, etc.).
• Distill pertinent information for leadership to ensure key decisions are made on time and within budget.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
