Responsibilities include hiring, evaluating, and supervising crew, overseeing the execution of the sales and lead generation strategy for Retail, developing a culture of coaching, personally participating in the sales process, assisting in the development of business and sales goals, recognizing VOC, market trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for improvement, guiding team to maximize opportunities, analyzing and resolving complex client issues, participating in special projects, and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include minimum of five years related work experience, previous people leadership experience preferred, prior experience in sales and business development organization preferred, undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience, graduate degree preferred, licenses required for the role: Series 7, 66, and 24, experience leading front-line crew, and sales management experience preferred.
