Lot Coordinator
United Recovery and Remarketing is seeking a motivated Lot Coordinator to join our team in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the post-repossession process, as well as helping to keep the storage lot maintained. If you like to work around cars and pride yourself on giving great customer service, we want to talk with you! In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Responsibilities include:
- Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos
- Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles
- Complete condition reports in a timely manner
- Prep vehicles for transport to auction
- Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
- Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot
- Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor
This is an entry-level position, starting at $18-$19/hour. Sign-on Bonus paid out monthly in $200 increments. Note: This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment. We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring.
