Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to establish and maintain communication with business owners.
• Facilitate approvals and ensure timely coordination across various stakeholders.
• Evaluate and qualify partnerships to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain and update records in the database with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Coordinator as required.
• Respond to inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communication.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to manage documentation and reporting tasks.
• Assist in organizing and streamlining processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to address challenges and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently and with a focus on quality.
• Typing speed of 45-60 WPM with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience providing administrative support in a setting requiring strong attention to detail.
