Job Opportunity: Field Service Technician

Overview: We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to support Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC systems across multiple client sites in Marion County, IN. This is a hands-on, onsite role ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving complex system issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work exclusively with BAS and HVAC systems in the field.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and update HVAC systems and associated controls.
• Download, update, and verify software for accuracy.
• Calibrate and test HVAC systems and controls to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform system maintenance on field controllers, servers, workstations, and hardware.
• Apply knowledge of computer systems, networking, controls, and mechanical/electrical disciplines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC controls, BAS, or PLC programming.
• Ability to work independently at various client locations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Pay range: $35.00 - $46.00/hr
