This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Manage important customer accounts
• Accurately diagnose, repair, replace & maintain HVACR equipment
• Be responsible for a company vehicle to keep clean & maintain parts inventory documents
• The work vehicle is to be driven home daily
• Good record keeping and paperwork completion is a vital part of this job

Qualifications:

• Experienced, mature AC & Refrigeration Diagnostic and Repair Technician needed for a challenging responsibility
• Minimum 5 years light commercial A/C and/or refrigeration and ice machine experience
• Successful candidates will have valid FL driver's license and EPA certification
• Profitable repair sales experience required, numerous commission & bonus opportunities, on-call rotation, year-round work, tool purchase/replacement program, continuing education program, group insurance program, vacation & holidays paid, Retirement program, Drug Free Workplace
• Skills testing required to qualify
• NATE certification is helpful
• Solid opportunity for advancement in management or sales
• Pay based upon talent, aptitude testing and verifiable experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience as a refrigeration technician
• HVAC certification
• Braising and soldering skills
• Knowledge of local building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics
• Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
