HVAC Service Technician

The candidate will be responsible for the installation of new HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems in commercial and industrial settings. Responsibilities also include performing routine inspections and maintenance to ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently and safely. This includes cleaning and replacing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting electrical components.

Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Clean and replace filters, check refrigerant levels, and inspect electrical components.

Essential Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Skill in HVAC, installation, mechanical, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• EPA Certification(s).
• HVAC/R Experience.
• Experience with clean rooms, dynamometer environments, test cells, test chambers, and most types of industrial process ventilation and piping systems.

Work Environment:

Primarily working on government contracts, including military bases and municipality buildings. Must be comfortable working outdoors and installing/maintaining rooftop units.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Brighton, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $68640.00/yr. Will provide at a later time.

Workplace Type:

This is a fully onsite position in Brighton, MI.
