Hris Analyst

The HRIS Analyst will provide global Human Capital Management system support to all our HR functions including: HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning. The successful candidate will be highly confidential, analytical, process and detailed oriented, customer focused and bring a strong understanding of the SuccessFactors HCM system. Compensation for this position will be determined based on various factors, including experience, skills, and internal equity. The expected salary range for this role is between $79,000 and $110,000. Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the administration, break-fix and overall support of our various SuccessFactors HCM modules:Employee Central,ReportingandAnalytics/Dashboards, Position Management,Recruitment (SuccessFactors),Onboarding, Learning Management
  • Serves as a technology business partner to gather business requirements from key stakeholders and translates them into an effective system design, while considering and anticipating organizational impact.
  • Responsible for conducting regular system and data audits, reporting, system training as requested and systemtesting.
  • Other Duties include but not limitedto: Ability to adjust to rapidly changingpriorities Ensure data security and standards are adheredto Must be able to adjust daily work schedule to meet the needs of our European and Asian timezones May perform other duties and participate on special projects asassigned

Qualifications:

  • BS degree plus 2-3 years professional HR experience (or the equivalent in professional and HRISexperience)
  • HRIS experience with SuccessFactors system amust
  • Project managementexperience
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communicationskills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities a must and good problem solvingskills
  • Understanding of IT integrationprocesses
