HR Recruiter

Senior Recruiter Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Sunrise, Florida. In this role, you will contribute to the recruitment efforts across various departments, including IT, sales, marketing, administration, and accounting. Hours are 8am - 5pm, this role is fully onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized records of candidate information and recruitment progress.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and reliable networks.
• Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication for candidate interviews.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and engaging with candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations.
• Experience in corporate recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Business casual attire required Monday through Friday, with casual Fridays allowing jeans and sneakers.
