Hr Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Columbus, Indiana. This role is vital to ensuring smooth human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative functions. Responsibilities:

  • Requirements:

    • Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll functions.
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their applications.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to compose and edit policies, procedures, and related HR documents.
