The Hospitality Marketing team is responsible for driving Go-To-Market strategy and execution for Vail Resorts' Lodging portfolio. The Marketing Manager of Hospitality will be responsible for driving campaign strategy and optimizations and working cross-functionally with partners (internal & external). The ideal candidate has omni-channel marketing experience, is an excellent communicator, a creative and critical thinker, has experience leveraging data to drive results, and enjoys working in a very fast-paced environment. This is both a strategic and tactical role.
Starting Wage: $76,841.70 - $90,176.50 + annual bonus

Partner cross-functionally to plan and execute hospitality promotions and marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
Develop, maintain and optimize content and creative assets for lodging properties and brands across web, paid media, email and other channels.
Lead project management across multiple workstreams prioritizing business-critical projects.
Leverage data-driven insights by partnering with Analytics, Revenue Management and other stakeholders to develop reporting, optimize promotional offers, design tests, and track performance.
Drive the hospitality content strategy and coordinate photoshoots, communicate with photographers and lodging stakeholders, and manage photo/video assets.
Manage the hospitality marketing budget and purchase order tracking to ensure alignment with forecasts.
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required. Emphasis in marketing, business and/or communications is preferred.
3+ years of marketing work experience. Hospitality / Travel experience a plus.
1+ years direct supervisory experience.
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google and/or Adobe Analytics experience a plus.
Excellent English language and writing skills.
High degree of organization, attention to details and level of professional conduct.
Confident, collaborative leader who is able to function optimally in a matrixed environment by leading through influence; works independently, takes the initiative and has the desire to achieve.
Copywriting and photography experience is preferred
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $76,841.70 - $90,176.50 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
