Insight Global is hiring a High Touch Network Engineer to support one of its leading technology clients. In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for keeping the client's network stable and high-performing. You will monitor telemetry data from physical and virtual devices, troubleshoot Nexus switch issues, and lead investigations into major outages. You'll collaborate closely with operations teams and internal engineers to resolve high-severity cases, provide proactive recommendations, and ensure the network can handle demanding workloads such as AI and cloud services.
