The head of Americas partner marketing at AWS leads the organization responsible for partner marketing strategy and execution across the U.S. and Canada. This role develops and executes strategic, data-driven marketing programs with and through partners to drive demand and revenue, managing partner coverage, joint marketing plans, MDF planning and approval processes, and both partner-led and AWS-led demand generation programs. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience building large, complex teams that execute demand generation activities, with strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, deep understanding of the marketing mix, and proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $140,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $232,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
