The purpose of this position is to support cable qualification testing and onsite/offsite termination builds. Additionally, this position will assist the Aftermarket Services Coordinator with inspection, evaluation, and repair of customer-owned equipment.
AS degree or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of experience in a Workshop Environment
Electrical background required
Fiber optic background desired
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel is required.
Must have the ability to read blueprints, procedures, specifications.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment.
Proficient in the use of standard electronic test equipment (i.e. multimeter, megohmmeter, temperature measurement).
Must be proficient in use of hand tools.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
