End User Support Specialist

Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking an End User Support Specialist in San Luis Obispo, CA. Position Responsibilities include supporting desktop hardware and virtual machines, providing program engineering and productivity application support, performing CVE and POAM remediation activities, managing domain accounts and access, conducting basic network troubleshooting, assisting with planning and execution of upgrades to hardware and software, responding to and triaging help desk enquiries for OS, applications, and environment access/network issues, and supporting onsite and virtual employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance, Current CompTIA Security+ Certification.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with Exchange user management, experience with end user virtual machine technologies, experience with Linux, experience with desktop image capturing and deployment.

Export Control Requirements: This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. ยง120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Export Control Details: US based job, US Person required.

Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.

Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Shift: This position is for 1st shift.
