What You'll Be Doing

As the Sales Director (Corporate Tax), you will provide sales leadership to the Corporate Tax sales teams for both Indirect and Direct Corporate Tax sales teams, holding primary responsibility for driving sales performance and achieving growth targets in your designated area. This senior-level sales management role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving sales growth, optimizing sales operations, and up-skilling sales teams. Your leadership will pave the way for achieving the company's long-term sales objectives, while fostering an environment of excellence, accountability, and high performance.

Key Tasks

+ Lead two distinct Corporate Tax sales teams, ensuring alignment with strategic sales goals.
+ Drive the overall sales performance and results of these two sales teams
+ Responsibilities for new logo and up-selling within current accounts, with a focus on sales growth
+ Develop long-term strategic sales plans to ensure competitive advantage by partnering with marketing and other critical internal teams and functional areas
+ Optimize sales performance through developing talent and holding sales accountable for targets
+ Implement strategies to expand market share and drive sales growth, yr/yr
+ Monitor and analyze sales performance data to guide decision-making.
+ Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the sales team.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
+ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
