Open Sky's DDS Employment Services serve individuals ranging in age from 22-55 who receive employment and/or community-based day support. The goal of Employment Services is to support individuals to choose, acquire, and maintain a job of their choice, and/or develop a valued role in their community. Individuals may have unique safety, behavioral or other clinical challenges. Each program offers a staffing ratio that allows the individuals in their program to obtain support as well as gain and maintain a preferred job in the community. The senior community based support staff will assist the employment coordinator with the management of the daily program schedule, general running of the program and developing and implementing daily assignments. They will also review, complete, and ensure all required documentation is submitted to the electronic health record. Other key responsibilities include:

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service and behavioral plans and implementing activities that facilitate the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community by skill teaching, programming, job sharing, or coaching.
• Orient new staff to the program and provide peer mentoring.
• Monitor program supplies, vehicle maintenance, physical plant needs, and provide the employment coordinator with a requisition list.
• Assist with marketing, employer relations, and job development tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Base rate: USD $20.25/hr. Maximum rate: USD $22.76/hr.
